ONY Oversized Sherpa Trench Coat - Black

Coat is huge and I wouldn't say it's unisex, it's very boxy and I'd say it's a mens coat. I needed to return it, paid out of pocket for the return and the company told the courier to return the package to me (even though return was properly registered). I contacted the company to resolve this and was ignored completely.
