DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer various options for delivery inside the UK & International Orders. All our orders are sent via DPD & Hermes. Please note all delivery times are estimates only and we can not be responsible for delays or parcels not arriving within an expected time frame.

UNITED KINGDOM

We only offer Next Working Day Delivery and only orders confirmed by 12pm will be processed for next working day delivery. If you order after 12pm you should receive your order on the 2nd day.

Please note deliveries are booked in and estimated for next working day delivery. Delays and missed deliveries may occur and we are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties.

Please note Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not classed as working days and orders will not be processed  on Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.

Orders placed before 12pm will be sent out on the same day Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday for Next Day Delivery will be sent out on Monday. Please note Next Day Delivery is a working day service only, deliveries will not arrive on Saturday & Sunday, this also extends to Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.

International shipping costs are estimates, there may be additional charges payable. We can not be held responsible for loss or damages occurred during transit for international orders. By completing your order at checkout you are agreeing to these terms.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERY

During the festive period please expect deliveries to arrive slower than usual. Even though we are super efficient with getting orders packed and ready for couriers we are dependant on 3rd party delivery agents. As you will expect couriers can become over stretched in such busy times, we thank you for your patience in advance.
